Tupper Lake-based High Peaks Opera hosts an annual Tri-Lakes tradition: Handel's "Messiah," featuring some of the region's best classical-music performers and the most glorious holiday music ever written -- with the audience performing the choruses, including the ever-popular "Hallelujah." Soloists will include HPO favorites George and Elizabeth Cordes, along with Helen Demong, Kimberly Weems, Christopher Gould, and Marcy Hough. Also featuring the Tri-Lakes Community Orchestra, led by violinist Elaine Dewar and cellist Brian Donat, and organist Curtis Mercier. Join us for this quintessential holiday event!
